Descriptions for my most popular courses on love and relationships
This guide offers short descriptions of all my courses and a suggested journey on your path to deeper intimacy with yourself and others.
All these courses are prerecorded, ready for download, and self-paced. The courses include comprehensive resource documents (where you can ask questions), prerecorded Q&As, and access to a private FB group for additional support.
If you have any questions at all, feel free to comment below or contact me privately.
If you’d like to upgrade your communication skills, learn to ask for anything, and start setting healthy boundaries, I recommend The Healthy Communication course ($350) to all my students. It’s my most popular course.
You’ll come away with a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs, and you’ll get a library of scripts to help you communicate pretty much anything.
We’ll also explore your fear of rejection, what’s preventing you from speaking up, and strategies to work with those fears.
If you’d like to focus on getting your needs met, having a more fulfilled life, and relationships that nurture you, then the Getting Your Needs Met course ($150) can help with those goals.
In this course, you’ll learn how to identify your needs, find various ways of getting those needs met, and your options when your needs aren’t being met (you have several).
You’ll also receive specific language on asking for anything (requests vs. demands) and walk away with a stronger understanding of yourself, your needs, and how to fulfill them.
To deepen your capacity for emotional availability, cultivate a deeper understanding of your emotional landscape, and become more present for your emotions (and those of others), I recommend the All About Emotional Availability course ($150 to my most courageous students.
In this course, you’ll learn to sit with emotional discomfort while processing your feelings, recognize emotional availability in others, and open up to love with more courage and trust in yourself.
You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your emotions, a sense of peace dealing with emotional discomfort, and tools for turning towards love. And an intimacy junky, I love teaching this course and supporting students through the process.
If you’d like to increase your confidence in love and life, I recommend The Confidence Course ($150), co-hosted by myself and my colleague and friend Jillian Richardson.
You’ll learn how to love and trust your body, own your power at work, and speak up for yourself in love and life.
You’ll come away with a newfound sense of self-esteem, plus confidence-building tools and practices you can count on. This course is body-positive, sex-positive, and shame-free.
If flirting is where you want more confidence, then you’ll love The Flirting With Confidence course($150). I designed this course to help you flirt, ask people out, and deal with the rejection of putting yourself out there.
This course is fun, practical, and you’ll walk away with more tools to flirt in your everyday life, a greater sense of comfort when flirting with new people and some charming tools to make flirting fun again.
In this course, you’ll learn how to flirt without coming off pushy, bring fun and playfulness to your life, and flirt with people you find exciting and attractive.
And if sex is where you want to spend your focus, well then, I certainly can’t blame you! The Intro to Great Sex course ($150) is for you if you’d like to deepen your capacity for sexual intimacy, learn to identify what you want (and don’t want), and how to co-create intimate love-making sessions.
You’ll walk away with tools to make sex exciting and intimate, the courage to talk about sex and sexual health with your partners, and a deeper connection with your sexual self.
I hope this gives you a better idea of what you can expect by taking any of my courses, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
